How we handle the information you share with Full Lean, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Full Lean is operated by Iron Stable Ltd, company number 17061294. Registered in England and Wales. We are responsible for the personal information covered by this notice.

Write to us at Unit 1c, Wellington Road Industrial Estate, Leeds, LS12 2UA, or email hello@fulllean.co.uk. Our registered office is Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, England, IP28 7DE.

This notice covers fulllean.co.uk and enquiries about Full Lean's services. Other businesses and websites shown in our work have their own privacy information.

Your enquiry

Our audit, quote and service enquiry forms send your request to us when you submit them. The form shows a confirmation when our email service accepts the request. You can also email us directly.

When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, business name and type, contact details, website address, services you are interested in, preferred call time and any notes you include. The enquiry also identifies the page you requested it from. We keep the correspondence needed to respond and discuss the work.

You can email us directly instead. Sharing information is voluntary, although we need enough detail to understand the request and reply. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

An enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or an automated sales sequence.

Why we use information

We use enquiry information to answer your questions, look at a website you ask us to review, prepare a quote and discuss possible work. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, or we carry out that contract, we rely on the contractual lawful basis.

For other business enquiries and routine correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and managing our business relationships. We also rely on legitimate interests to operate and protect the website and investigate misuse. We balance these purposes against your privacy rights.

Where a legal requirement applies to particular business records or disclosures, we rely on that legal obligation. We do not use this website to make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.

The website and our providers

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and sends form enquiries to our business inbox. Its Turnstile security check helps prevent automated spam. To prevent duplicate messages, we keep a request reference, a hash of the submitted details and its sending status for up to 24 hours; this temporary record does not contain your contact details or message. Serving a page involves technical request information, such as your IP address, the requested page, browser information and request time. Hosting and security systems may process this information to deliver content, diagnose problems and prevent misuse.

Some pages request font resources from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google's servers for these resources, which involves ordinary connection and request information. You can read Google's privacy policy for more about its processing.

When you email us, your email service and the services we use to receive and manage correspondence process the message. We use service providers for website hosting and business communications. Where necessary, information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities for an applicable legal requirement.

These providers may operate or process information outside the UK. The location and any applicable international-transfer arrangements depend on the provider and service involved. Contact us if you would like details relevant to your information; this notice does not mean that all information stays in the UK.

Links to project websites, publications and other resources take you to separate sites. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them.

Cookies and preferences

The site remembers media pause choices in your browser for the browsing session. It also uses browser history to restore your place when returning from a project. These features do not send the preference or saved position to us as a tracking record.

The current website does not load Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics or advertising tracking scripts. Cloudflare's hosting and security features may use necessary cookies when applicable, for example if a security challenge is presented. See Cloudflare's cookie information.

Your browser and email application may remember information through their own settings, such as autofill. We will update this notice if the website's use of analytics or other storage changes.

How long we keep information

Our policy is to keep personal information only while it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, including handling an enquiry, carrying out agreed work, keeping required business records or resolving a query or dispute.

We consider the nature of the enquiry, our last meaningful contact, whether it becomes a client relationship and any applicable record-keeping requirements. We review information against those criteria and remove it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us about the information we hold and request deletion where the right applies.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your personal information and correction of inaccurate information. Depending on the circumstances, you can also ask us to delete it or restrict how it is used.

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including the business and website purposes described above. Tell us about your circumstances so we can consider your objection.

Where the legal conditions apply, you can receive information you provided in a portable format or ask for it to be transferred to another organisation. This right generally concerns automated processing based on consent or a contract. If we rely on consent for a particular use, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier use.

To exercise a right, email hello@fulllean.co.uk or write to our correspondence address. We may need enough information to confirm your identity and locate the relevant records. We will explain our response and any applicable limits to the request.

Questions and complaints

Please contact us if something in this notice is unclear or you are concerned about how we handle information. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator.

This notice is dated above. Any changes will appear on this page. Our website terms explain the use of the site and how a project agreement is made.
