You also get a person. Email a change, it gets done. Ask a question, you get an answer, not a ticket number.
Questions we get asked
- What does the care plan include?
- Hosting on Cloudflare, security monitoring, software updates, daily backups, uptime alerts, a monthly performance check and a set number of hours for changes and additions.
- How quickly do you make changes?
- Small content changes the same working day. Anything larger is quoted and scheduled, usually within the week.
- Can I move to another provider later?
- Yes. You own the site. We hand over the code, content and access, and we help with the move.
