The problem
Harley owners know the part they need is on a diagram somewhere. Finding it, confirming it fits their year and model, and buying it at a sane price meant three tabs and a phone call. Existing UK stores listed a fraction of the catalogue and wrote nothing about it.
What we built
A static storefront on Cloudflare with a Supabase database, generated from supplier feeds and OEM parts data. Every model, every diagram, every part gets a page. Customers decode their VIN, save their bike, and see only what fits.
The AI-first parts: feed cleaning and pricing rules with a below-cost gate, model and category copy at catalogue scale, Google Shopping feeds with the attributes apparel needs, and search-index generation. The human parts: every pricing rule, every fitment override and every customer-facing claim reviewed before publishing.
Results
Scale and growth figures appear here once approved. What is public already: national trade press coverage, a UK edition on its own domain with its own analytics, and a companion app.
